Beaudesert Bird Sale

Beaudesert Parrot & Finch Association's BIRD SALE on 11th November 2007 was one of the best bird sales in Australia. Held for the third consecutive year, it was a credit to the professionalism of the committee and volunteers and a pleasurable experience for the bird sellers/vendors. There were native and exotic parrots, finches, quail etc and the quality from breeders was excellent. The BPFA has the best sales table around, with all types of avicultural products for bird breeders and pet bird owners alike at bargain prices. And you can even buy most of these products at the weekend Jimboomba and Beaudesert markets.

And the Beaudesert Annual Bird Sale 2008 was even bigger and better than last year! Visitor numbers were up, despite the sky being overcast, with heavy rain earlier in the morning. As spacious as the venue is, it was packed, with vendor (bird sellers) numbers at maximum - well over seventy. Trade tables filled the venue to the limit. I had an excellent day selling all but a few birds, and I didn't have to discount my prices to make a sale! Thanks to the Beaudesert Parrot and Finch Association committee and volunteers this sale was a terrific success and a credit to their planning and hard work. I look forward to 2009 for the best sale on the Queensland bird sale calendar. Watch this website!
